"The latest U.S. survey shows that 57 percent of Americans exercise only occasionally or not at all."

Are you one of the millions of Americans who would rather say they did and didn't actually contribute to their overall health on a day to day basis? There is an estimated 43% of Americans over the age of 16 who do not exercise daily, which simply contributes to the fast food, technologically glued overweight culture that is America. Now this is not being put on record to point a finger at anyone. It is simply a wake up call. Exercise science suggest that even walking to and from your mailbox, walking an extra flight of stairs or choosing to stand up while changing the channel on your television can contribute to the overall health and wellness of an individual adult. Sounds pathetic. But here at the Cafeteria we're just serving the truth. GET UP, GET OUT and DO SOMETHING.
