Often Unintentional
It came to our attention here inside the Cafe that there is a misconception of what hard work and effort actually yield. When it comes to personal achievement and success, one would believe they can be measured on the same plan, appearing parallel to one another. However, most people have missed out on truly understanding the end results of such characteristics. Hard work, as a tool for accomplishing a task at hand, along with consistent effort only yield successful results when and if ever an opportunity valued by the individual presents itself at the time and place that the effort is being exerted. Now, it may seem like our philosophy here talks in circles, but try this on for size. Try being an athlete at a major collegiate level or professional level, or try working for a company or corporation. Then try working your hardest to make your boss proud, finish the job and keep success coming. Now try doing any of the previous when no one cares to watch, monitor or chart your personal performance and progress because the decision to place another player, co-worker or employee ahead of you and in the position you desire behind your back and un-mentioned to any outside source. Work hard, strive for success but remember, sometimes, life just calls for moving on. Life OFTEN UNINTENTIONALLY calls for you to find another way out of no way.

Where do I start if I have never exercised?
If you're new to exercise, so are millions of others. Try these tips to began a life of better health.
- If you always take the elevator, try the stairs.
- If you try to park next to the door of wherever you're going, park farther away and walk.
- If your habit is to eat at your desk, take a 10- to 20-minute walk first, then have your lunch (or take a walk after you eat).
- Instead of watching TV all day Saturday and Sunday, plan active weekends. Go to the park, take a walking tour, ride your bike, or row a boat.
Whichever plan you decide on, it's a good idea to set weekly goals:
- Write down what activity you plan to do, on what day of the week, for how long, and at what time of day. Be as specific and realistic as possible. For instance, write down "Tuesday: Walk for 20 minutes at 7 p.m., to the park and back."
- At the end of each week, review your goals and set new ones for the upcoming week.
Research shows that setting goals will help you stick to your program. It will clarify what you're supposed to do and let you track your progress. If you hit a roadblock later on, you can refer back to what has worked in the past, or use your accomplishments to re-energize yourself.

Workout Posers! Don't be fooled
And for some of you out there....this is either funny because you know someone who does it...or either Kevin Hart is describing you!! "LMAO at this too"
Work out for yourself first and foremost..."LMAO"
Whether you are new to a fitness gym, or recently decided to increase your commitment to workout therefore intensifying your experiences in the weight-room, remember to stick to "your" task at hand. Regardless of your fitness status, remember to always have a plan when entering any workout area. The last thing you want to do is motivate yourself to workout and upon arriving to the gym after an un-soothing car ride, suddenly find yourself distracted by someone who may appear to be in greater shape than you see yourself at the time being. This type of "eye balling someone else's outcomes" will only deter you from wanting to workout. On the other hand it may motivate you to want to work harder in order to achieve the body that you wish to have. Either way, check out this hilarious clip of Comedian Kevin Hart as he explains one of his own experiences at the gym. Let me know what you al think....perhaps you have had a similar experience. Maybe...you are the "eye balled member"
